At Lenovo, we aim to be global team players, guided by integrity and trust. Even though the past period has had a social impact due to the SARS-COV2 pandemic, Lenovo managed to bring a balance among its employees when talking about hybrid work.
Certainly, the switch between the office and home was unexpected not only for Lenovo but also for other industries. Companies had to devote more time to the needs of their employees and put more value and understanding into the business practices that they deploy.
Lenovo people share a common aspiration to be the very best. Whether serving our customers, working together as a team or as the last period taught us, learn to work proactively from anywhere.
Lenovo is not only a market leader but also a leader in its organization. Our strength lies in working to build a unique company that encourages entrepreneurism and a workplace where people’s talents can be challenged, and their efforts recognized and rewarded.

Reducing our carbon footprint by providing products and solutions to customers such as Co2 offsetting services that directly lower carbon emissions and the use of post-consumer recycled content materials are the kinds of innovative projects that we are proud of.

Nowadays nearly everything can be either done from home, from the office or even on the road, so the need for mobility has never been more important.
