Unfortunately, First-Class tickets are sold out, which is why there is no possibility for a ticket upgrade.
The tickets are available only for the current edition.
However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else using your BRAND MINDS account.
Tickets can be transferred to other people through the owner’s BRAND MINDS account on www.brandminds.com.
The ticket owner must assign the ticket to the new holder. Once this step is completed, the new ticket holder must follow the steps to register on the website: account creation, ticket assignment, check-in, and confirmation of participation.
Tickets can be transferred no later than 7 days prior to the event.
BRAND MINDS tickets are valid for a single edition.
The only tickets with lifetime access to BRAND MINDS events are the 100 NFTs.
If you have a DAY 1 ACCESS ticket and want to attend both days of the event, upgrade your ticket to DAY 1 & 2 from your BRAND MINDS account.
In order to access the VIP Reception & After Party organized for First Class ticket owners and speakers, you need to have a First-Class ticket or own a First Class BRAND MINDS NFT.
An outstanding networking opportunity with other world-changers will take place at a relaxing & entertaining after-event experience.
The After Party is on Friday, starting at 8 PM, at Fratelli Studios, 1-3 Glodeni Street, Bucharest.
All attendees get 1 complimentary drink.
The food court is in the B1 hall of Romexpo, alongside all partners’ activations.

There are no stairs at the entrance of the event so the event venue allows people with disabilities to easily access the event location together with the rest of the participants.

The NFTs holders have a special check-in booth signalized at the venue with a distinct banner.
You need to present your digital wallet with the NFT and your photo ID.
Yes, you can attend the event only for the speakers you want to see on stage.
You can exit and enter the event as many times as you want as long as you have with you the event badge, together with the attached lanyard and bracelet.

1. ACCOUNT CREATION:
Create your account with the e-mail address used for purchasing the ticket. It is highly important to use exactly the same e-mail address in order to claim your tickets.

2. TICKETS ASSIGNMENT:
Once you’re logged in, click on “Assign your ticket”.
3. CHECK-IN:
After the pop-up appears click on “Check-in”.
4. ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION:
The last step is to verify your credentials, accept the Terms & Conditions and press the “Confirm Attendance” button. After following all the steps, your check-in is completed.
You will receive your QR code in the Attendance Confirmation mail from BRAND MINDS. The QR code is also in your BRAND MINDS account. With your QR code, go to one of the registration points at Romexpo to join the event.

During the second day of the event, there is one break between sessions: 11:00-11:30 AM.

Yes, the event starts at 09.40 AM with a surprise show, followed by NEIL PATEL’s remarkable speech on DIGITAL STRATEGIES THAT WILL HELP YOU REACH THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS.
If you arrive by car, leave for the event early enough to compensate for the overall city traffic and secure a parking spot. If you arrive by public transport, enter the event location address into Google Maps to get an estimated arrival hour.
We recommend you do your check-in and pick up your event badge ahead of time, but if you haven’t, take into consideration that you also need a few minutes for the check-in and registration process to attend the event.
The event ends at 06.35 PM on Friday and at 01:30 PM on Saturday.

The VAT tax added to each order is in compliance with the laws of the country in which the event takes place. A ticket to a BRAND MINDS event that happens in Bucharest will be subject to Romanian VAT.

Due to security reasons, no luggage is allowed in the venue. You are required to leave your luggage at the registration points. Please be mindful of the fact that you have to take responsibility for all the personal belongings that you leave in your bag.
Also, please keep in mind that unattended luggage will be removed by security agents. We kindly ask all attendees to not leave their bags unattended.

If you still can’t find it, ask one of our Customer Service representatives for assistance. If you registered your correct attendee information in the purchasing process, they should be in our database and you will be able to collect your conference badge with your name and a valid photo ID.
Yes. All attendees and their luggage must go through a security check on their arrival.
Also, please keep in mind that to ensure a safe and special experience for our guests, everyone has to wear the access bracelet at all times.
Furthermore, the bracelets and the badges become null and void if they are modified.

Yes. An ambulance and medical services will be available during the event. In case you need medical attention, please contact BRAND MINDS staff.
Throughout the conference, there will be breaks when coffee, water, other beverages and lunch will be supplied by our partners.
However, please keep in mind that food might contain allergens. We will have a medical team available at the venue, yet we do expect all attendees to be responsible with the food they eat, especially if they are aware of specific allergies they might have.

If you have a FIRST CLASS ticket, besides the coffee breaks, you are invited to network at the Exquisite Chef Experience lunch prepared especially for First Class ticket holders, but also at the VIP Reception & After-Party, where you have the opportunity to network with the speakers.
The event agenda and the event lineup are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances outside the organizers’ area of control. Here is an example: one of the speakers not being able to participate due to a medical emergency leads to a change in the agenda and the participants are updated accordingly.
Although this rarely happens, BRAND MINDS reserves the right to make changes to the event agenda and lineups according to the occurred circumstances and update the attendees with the latest information, when such situation happens.

The First Class Tickets offer attendees the chance to meet their favourite speakers in person.
There is a private reception organized especially for the First Class participants followed by an after-party, which the speakers are also invited to attend.
Depending on the speakers’ personal schedule, however, bear in mind that we cannot guarantee the participation of all speakers. Some of them have outbound flights back to their countries right after the event.
