Will there be FOOD & BEVERAGES at the BUSINESS STRATEGY MASTERCLASS?

Throughout the conference, there will be breaks when coffee, water, other beverages and lunch will be supplied by our partners.

However, please keep in mind that food might contain allergens. We expect all attendees to be responsible with the food they eat, especially if they are aware of specific allergies they might have.

I can’t make it to the BUSINESS STRATEGY MASTERCLASS, can I use the ticket to attend the next masterclass?

The tickets are available only for the current masterclass.

However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else using your BRAND MINDS account.

I can’t attend the masterclass anymore. Can someone else use my ticket?

Tickets can be transferred to other people through the owner’s BRAND MINDS account on www.brandminds.com.

The ticket owner must assign the ticket to the new holder. Once this step is completed, the new ticket holder must follow the steps to register on the website: account creation, ticket assignment, check-in, and confirmation of participation.

Tickets can be transferred no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Is the ticket valid for the next masterclass as well?

Business Strategy Masterclass tickets are valid for a single edition.

The only tickets with lifetime access to BRAND MINDS events are the 100 NFTs.

Can I bring my NEWBORN/CHILD to the event?

Children between the ages of 16 and 18 are allowed to attend the event with parental approval.

Children below the age of 16 are not allowed to attend due to alcohol and tobacco being served during breaks.

Can I attend the event with my PET?

We love pets, but the event is a high-stress loud environment and therefore not suited for them.

Due to this reason, pets are not allowed to the event.

I am a BRAND MINDS NFT holder. How can I CHECK IN?

The NFTs holders have a special check-in booth signalized at the venue with a distinct banner.

You need to present your digital wallet with the NFT and your photo ID.

If I exit Face Convention Center, can I return to the event?

Yes, you can return to the event as long as you make sure to keep with you the event badge, together with the attached lanyard and bracelet.

Your access to the venue is only granted as long as you present all the above, together with a photo ID.

How can I enter the event if I don’t have a QR code?

You need your QR code to enter the venue. Please check the steps below to learn how to claim it.

1. ACCOUNT CREATION:

Create your account with the e-mail address used for purchasing the ticket. It is highly important to use exactly the same e-mail address in order to claim your tickets.

If you already have an account, access it here: https://my.brandminds.com/account/login

2. TICKETS ASSIGNMENT:

Once you’re logged in, click on “Assign your ticket”.

3. CHECK-IN:

After the pop-up appears click on “Check-in”.

4. ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION:

The last step is to verify your credentials, accept the Terms & Conditions and press the “Confirm Attendance” button. After following all the steps, your check-in is completed.

You will receive your QR code in the Attendance Confirmation mail from BRAND MINDS. The QR code is also in your BRAND MINDS account. With your QR code, go to one of the registration points at Romexpo to join the event.

What is the difference between CHECK IN and REGISTRATION?

The check-in process implies the assignation of the tickets and you can do it at: https://my.brandminds.com/account/login.

The registration process is based on check-in and involves receiving your event access bracelet and badge.

You can pick up your event access badge and bracelet starting at 08:30 on the morning of the event, at the event location.

It is mandatory to present the QR code received after checking in and a valid photo ID at the registration booth.

Will there be BREAKS on the day of the event?

Yes, there are two breaks during the first day of the event:

  • 1st break between 11:30-12:00 PM
  • 2nd break between 01:30-03:30 PM

Will the BUSINESS STRATEGY MASTERCLASS start on time?

Yes, the event starts at 10.00 AM.

If you arrive by car, leave for the event early enough to compensate for the overall city traffic and secure a parking spot. If you arrive by public transport, enter the event location address into Google Maps to get an estimated arrival hour.

We recommend you do your check-in and pick up your event badge ahead of time, but if you haven’t, take into consideration that you also need a few minutes for the check-in and registration process to attend the event.

The event starts at 10.00 AM on Friday, October 27th.

However, keep in mind that the registration process starts at 08:30 AM sharp and we recommend you to come as early as possible for it.

The lunch break is scheduled at 01:30 PM when participants will enjoy a tasty selection of dishes.

I LOST my badge/bracelet. Can I still attend the event?

For security reasons, only participants with a valid conference badge and bracelet are allowed into the conference hall.

We recommend you look for it in the last places you remember having it.

I LOST my bag/purse! What do I do now?

We highly recommend you take good care of your belongings, and conference badge & bracelet and keep them with you for the entire duration of the event.

If you don’t find your belongings by the end of the event, you can contact our team through the concierge service at contact@brandminds.com. If our colleagues find them, they will contact you accordingly.

Why are NFTs important?

NFTs are important for 4 reasons:

OWNERSHIP

  • The foremost advantage of NFTs is evident in the proof of ownership.
  • NFTs ensure that buyers are safe from the concerns of fake NFTs. Downloading a picture of the Mona Lisa from the internet does not make you its owner.

AUTHENTICITY

  • NFTs assure authenticity: they are immune to modifications, removal, or replacement.

TRANSFERABILITY

  • Since NFTs are based on smart contracts, ownership transfers become easy by incorporating the use of smart contracts.
  • Ownership transfers can be completed upon fulfilment of specific conditions between buyer and seller outlined in smart contracts.

PASSIVE INCOME & RECOGNITION FOR NFTs CREATORS

  • With the help of NFTs, the ownership of content is integrated into the content only. So, when the creators sell their content, the funds go directly to them.
  • If a new owner sells the NFT, the creator could receive royalties by setting up smart contracts while developing NFTs. The original creator can receive royalties for each re-sale of the token since the NFT metadata includes the creator’s address.

To sell your BRAND MINDS NFTs, you need to upload them on Maiar NFT Marketplace. From there, you can choose to list them for sale at a set price or opt for an auction-style sale in which buyers place bids.

How can I TRANSFER my ticket to someone else?

There are 2 Possibilities to transfer your event ticket to someone else, and they depend on your check-in status for the event.

Possibility 1: If you have not yet check-in for the event, you can transfer the ticket following the below steps:

STEP 1: Access your BRAND MINDS Account. You can do that through the LOGIN – MY ACCOUNT button on the top menu of the BRAND MINDS website;

STEP 2: After accessing your BRAND MINDS Account, go to the TICKETS section on the left side menu;

STEP 3: Choose the ticket you want to check in and then click on the ASSIGN THIS TICKET button;

STEP 4: You will find 3 options available for each ticket:

  • Option 1E-mail check-in link – which offers you the option to send the ticket through email to a person which you want to invite to the event;
  • Option 2Copy check-in link – which offers you the option to send the check-in link through a side communication channel (such as Email Body or WhatsApp for example) to a person you want to invite to the event;
  • Option 3: Check-in myself – which offers you the option to check-in at the event if the ticket has been purchased for yourself. To transfer the ticket to a different person, you can choose Option 1 or 2.

 

Possibility 2: If you have already checked-in for the event, you can transfer the ticket following the below steps:

STEP 1: Access your BRAND MINDS Account. You can do that through the LOGIN – MY ACCOUNT button on the top menu of the BRAND MINDS website;

STEP 2: After accessing your BRAND MINDS Account, go to the TICKETS section on the left side menu;

STEP 3: Choose the ticket you have already checked-in for yourself and click on the RESET THIS TICKET button.

STEP 4: Reassign the ticket to the person you want to transfer the pass by following the STEPS presented above, at the first Possibility.

How do I CHECK-IN for the event?

To CHECK-IN for the event, please follow the below steps:

STEP 1: Log in to your BRAND MINDS Account. You can do that by clicking the LOGIN TO CHECK IN button on the top menu of the BRAND MINDS website.

STEP 2: In your BRAND MINDS Account, go to the TICKETS section on the left side menu;

STEP 3: Choose the ticket you want to check in and then click on the ASSIGN THIS TICKET button;

STEP 4: You will find 3 options available for each ticket:

  • Option 1: E-mail check-in link – if the ticket was purchased for a person other than yourself, use this option to send the ticket by email to this person, who will attend the event;
  • Option 2: Copy check-in link –  if the ticket was purchased for a person other than yourself, use this option to send the check-in link through a side communication channel (such as Email Body or WhatsApp for example) to this person, who will attend the event;
  • Option 3: Check-in myself – if the ticket was purchased for yourself, use this option to check in at the event for yourself.

STEP 5: Check your data and update it if necessary. Click on the CONFIRM ATTENDANCE button to finish the Check-in process and receive the event ticket in the email and in the MY TICKETS section on your account.

What is the value of the tickets’ VAT?

The VAT tax added to each order is in compliance with the laws of the country in which the event takes place. A ticket to a BRAND MINDS event that happens in Bucharest will be subject to Romanian VAT.

Are there objects that are FORBIDDEN to bring at the event?

Please keep in mind that the following objects are forbidden:

  • Professional camcorders and recorders are prohibited in the Conference room;
  • Weapons or any kind or objects that can be considered weapons, including toys;
  • Tripods for cameras or selfie sticks (hands camera extensions for mobile devices are forbidden as well);
  • Bags larger than 22 inches x 15 inches x width 18 cm high (54 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm);
  • Pets or other animals, except for approved animals accompanying people with disabilities, who must remain in the leash and always near their owner;
  • Recreation devices, such as drones, remote control toys or any other wheel devices other than a briefcase or a briefcase mobility device for the persons with disabilities;
  • Glass objects;
  • Alcoholic beverages which have not been provided by the event catering;
  • Food and hot drinks which have not been provided by the event catering;

Any other articles we identify as harmful or which may create a diversion.

Are LUGGAGES allowed at BUSINESS STRATEGY MASTERCLASS?

Due to security reasons, no luggage is allowed in the venue. You are required to leave your luggage at the registration points. Please be mindful of the fact that you have to take responsibility for all the personal belongings that you leave in your bag.

Also, please keep in mind that unattended luggage will be removed by security agents. We kindly ask all attendees to not leave their bags unattended.

I LOST my tickets. Can I still enter the event?

First of all, please make sure you have checked your email inbox and spam folder for your ticket. You will have received it by email from us.

If you still can’t find it, ask one of our Customer Service representatives for assistance. If you registered your correct attendee information in the purchasing process, they should be in our database and you will be able to collect your conference badge with your name and a valid photo ID.

How can I CANCEL my ticket?

It is important to keep in mind that tickets are non-refundable. 

  • They can be, however, transferred to another person.
  • In case that the order placed for the ticket has not been paid in the specified time, the booking request will be deleted from the system by default.

Where do I receive the EVENT DETAILS after I have purchased a ticket?

After you have purchased a ticket, you will receice all the information regarding the event on the email that you have used in the purchasing process.

Please make sure to check your spam folder as well in case you don’t find the emails in your main inbox. If you have not received anything, please contact us at tickets@brandminds.com.

Can I bring FOOD and BEVERAGES to the venue?

Please keep in mind that, at the venue, the only food or drinks allowed are the ones provided by the event catering.

In case you bring food or drinks from the outside with you, you are required to leave them at the security check. Water, coffee, and lunch will be available during the event, provided by the event partners.

Will there be any PARKING LOT in the area?

The FACE CONVENTION CENTER parking lot will be closed. We recommend using the parking lot available in the nearby area and arriving early to find an open parking spot. Also, take into consideration your arrival hour and the overall city traffic.

The event agenda is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances outside the organizers’ control area.

Although this rarely happens, BRAND MINDS reserves the right to change the event agenda according to the circumstances and update the attendees with the latest information, when such a situation occurs.

Can I enter the event without my CONFERENCE BADGE?

For security reasons, only guests with a valid conference badge and bracelet will be allowed into the event location.

For this reason, we urge you to take good care of your conference badge/bracelet and keep them with you for the duration of the event.

Where can I find my EVENT TICKET?

All event tickets are available in your BRAND MINDS Account.

Please check the below steps to learn how to access them.

  1. STEP 1: After you placed your tickets order and finished with the payment check-out, you received a Payment Confirmation email from us;
  2. STEP 2: In the Payment Confirmation email look for the magenta button which says: ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT HERE. Click on it – it will direct you to your BRAND MINDS Account; You can also access your account on the BRAND MINDS website by accessing the LOGIN TO CHECK IN button.
  3. STEP 3: After you have been directed to your BRAND MINDS Account, you can find your tickets on the left side menu, in the Tickets section.
