Through her work as the founder of The Sister Sister Global Network, a registered social enterprise, Aduke has contributed to 10,000+ women’s empowerment through the provision of accessible and empowering leadership and personal development training programmes.
An avid learner, Aduke has studied critical leadership, diversity and inclusion theories at leading institutions, including Yale School of Management, INSEAD, and The University of Oxford, where she is studying for a Master’s Level Diploma in Organisational Leadership.
Combining evidence-based and research-driven DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) insights with her vast experience in leadership and identity ideologies as well as change management principles, Aduke has a proven track record of initiating, designing, delivering, and improving measurable DEI progress across industries.
Due to her expertise and dedication to supporting business women communities, Aduke has partnered with the UN Foundation, University of Oxford, UK Parliament and UNICEF on Campus to empower women and future female leaders at work and in business.
Following careers in Law and IT Project Management working for global organisations, including Deloitte, British American Tobacco and The UK Ministry of Defence, Aduke Onafowokan launched Inclusivitii to plug the gap between DEI aspirations and tangible DEI outcomes in organisations.
Aduke was recognised as one of the 145 Inspiring Women Leaders 2020 by DiverseIn (a renowned media platform that focuses on global diversity and inclusion) alongside leaders like Michelle Obama and Melinda Gates.
She was also nominated for the Yahoo Finance HERoes Role Model List 2020.
