I bought a ticket for my child who is a minor. Can he/she attend the event?

Congratulations for encouraging your child to develop an interest in personal growth and the future of business!

Minors attending the event must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket to the event.

Can I bring FOOD and BEVERAGES to BRAND MINDS?

Please keep in mind that, at the venue, the only drinks and food allowed are the ones provided by event partners. In case you bring food or drinks from the outside with you, you are required to leave it at the security check.

Water, coffee, and lunch will be provided during the event by Fratelli Grup, the event’s Hospitality Partner.

The food court is in the Central Pavilion of Romexpo. If you have difficulties in finding it, ask one of the BRAND MINDS Volunteers for help.

BRAND MINDS does not issue physical tickets — all tickets are digital and managed through your online account.

✅ What To Do If You Lose Your Ticket

Log into your Brand Minds account (the one you used to purchase the ticket):
→ Visit brandminds.com
→ Click “Login” (top-right corner)
Go to “My Tickets” or “My Account”
→ You will find all purchased tickets linked to your account
→ Re-download the QR code or confirmation email at any time
If you cannot access your account (e.g., forgot password or email):
→ Use the “Forgot Password” function to reset your credentials
→ Or contact support team at support@brandminds.com or via the website contact form
On event day:
If for any reason you’re unable to retrieve the ticket digitally, go to the Help Desk at the venue with a valid ID matching the name on the ticket. Our team will look you up in the system and assist you with entry.

⚠️ Important Notes

Do not share screenshots or email copies of your ticket with others — access is restricted to the person whose name is on the ticket (enforced at check-in).
Lost tickets will not be reissued via email unless you are the verified buyer or listed participant.
No ticket? No entry. So reclaiming your digital access is essential before event day.

Are LUGGAGES allowed at BRAND MINDS?

You can leave your luggage, backpack and coat to the venue’s coat check point at Romexpo, Central Pavilion.

If you choose to take your luggage with you, please be mindful that you are responsible for its security.

We kindly ask all attendees to not leave their bags unattended.

How do I register for BRAND MINDS?

For participants with the check-in done, we provide an early registration option available on September 22 between 1 PM and 10 PM in the following location:

Romexpo Venue, Central Pavilion | Address: 65th-67th Mărăști Boulevard, Bucharest

Starting with the first day of the event, September 23, the registration process where you get your badge and bracelet is available ONLY at Romexpo Venue, Central Pavilion from 07.30 AM to 09.30 AM.

We highly recommend you take good care of your belongings and keep them with you for the entire duration of the event.

If you don’t find your belongings by the end of the event, you can contact our team through the concierge service at contact@brandminds.com. If our colleagues find them, they will contact you accordingly.

When does BRAND MINDS 2025 start?

Registration starts at 7:30 and the event starts at 9:30.

Since at this hour the city traffic is congested, we recommend you to leave early so you get to the event in due time.

Will BRAND MINDS 2025 start on time?

Yes, the event starts at 9:30.

If you arrive by car, leave for the event early enough to compensate for the overall city traffic and secure a parking spot. If you arrive by public transport, enter the event location address into Google Maps to get an estimated arrival hour.

How can I enter BRAND MINDS 2025 if I don’t have a QR code?

You need to have your QR code scanned to enter the venue.

The QR code is on the digital ticket emailed by our team. Please check your email.
