I am a BRAND MINDS NFT holder. How can I REGISTER?
The NFTs holders have a special registration booth signalized at the venue with a distinct banner.
You need to present your digital wallet with the NFT and your photo ID.
Will there be FOOD & BEVERAGES at BRAND MINDS 2025?
Yes, food and beverages are provided to participants at the venue courtesy of the event’s partners during the following breaks:
Day 1 lunch break: 12
Day 1 coffee break: 3:40
Day 2 coffee break: 11:40
Lunch break is on Day 1 between 12 and 1:20 where lunch is served to all participants by Fratelli Catering, the event’s Hospitality Partner.
Please keep in mind that the food might contain allergens. We expect all attendees to be responsible with the food they eat, especially if they are aware of specific allergies they might have.
Where is the REGISTRATION AREA at Romexpo?
The registration area is outside Romexpo, Central Pavilion.
Directional signs are in place to help you find it as easily as possible.
Will there be BREAKS on the day of the event?
Yes, there are 2 breaks during BRAND MINDS:
- first break is for lunch: between 12 and 1:20
- second break is for networking & coffee: between 3:40 and 4:10
The event ends with the Networking & Drinks session starting at 5:45.

The event ends at 5:45 on the first day and 2:10 on the second day, check the event agenda.

Are there objects that are FORBIDDEN to bring at the event?
Please keep in mind that the following objects are forbidden:
- Professional camcorders and recorders;
- Weapons or any kind or objects that can be considered weapons, including toys;
- Tripods for cameras or selfie sticks (hands camera extensions for mobile devices are forbidden as well);
- Backpacks and any bags larger;
- Pets or other animals, except for approved animals accompanying people with disabilities, who must remain in the leash and always near their owner;
- Recreation devices, such as drones, remote control toys or any other wheel devices other than a briefcase or a briefcase mobility device for the persons with disabilities;
- Glass objects;
- Alcoholic beverages which have not been provided by the event catering;
- Food and hot drinks which have not been provided by the event catering;
Any other articles we identify as harmful or which may create a diversion.
When does REGISTRATION start?
You are invited to pick up your badge and bracelet in advance for fast access at the registration check-points on the days of the event:
- Monday 22 September, between 10 am and 10 pm, at Romexpo, Central Pavilion, 65-67 Mărăști Blvd, Bucharest 1 – Romania.
During the event days (23 and 24 September) registration starts at 7:30 at the event location:
- ROMEXPO, Central Pavilion, 65-67 Mărăști Blvd, Bucharest 1 – Romania.
It is mandatory to present the QR code on the digital ticket received in the mail from brandminds.com.
Will there be any PARKING LOT in the area?
The parking lot at Sala Palatului will not have vacant parking spots. We recommend taking other means of transportation: city bus, UBER, Bolt or Black Cab.
Also, take into consideration your arrival hour and the overall city traffic.

What is the DRESS CODE for BRAND MINDS?
All attendees are required to comply with a business casual dress code.
Please make sure you have a coat/sweater with you, because the temperature in the conference room may vary.
