Transfers must follow the official procedure outlined in your account used to purchase the ticket. BRAND MINDS may accept the transfer if it is initiated through your account and adheres to the process;
The ticket is only effectively transferred once the new attendee completes the online check-in steps using their own details — only then does the new person become the official Ticket Holder or Participant;
Reselling tickets is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel tickets that appear to have been resold or transferred without adherence to our policies, with no refund or access granted to the new holder.

Find the ticket you wish to transfer and look for an “amend beneficiary” or “transfer ticket” option.
Follow the on-screen prompts to enter the new attendee’s full details (name, email, phone).
Submit the change. This officially assigns the ticket to the new person, but isn’t yet fully valid.
Ensure the new person completes the online check‑in process with their own details prior to the event.
Once check‑in is successful, they become the official Ticket Holder.

Please keep in mind that, at the venue, the only drinks and food allowed are the ones provided by event partners. In case you bring food or drinks from the outside with you, you are required to leave it at the security check.
Water, coffee, and lunch will be provided during the event by Fratelli Grup, the event’s Hospitality Partner.
The food court is in the Central Pavilion of Romexpo. If you have difficulties in finding it, ask one of the BRAND MINDS Volunteers for help.

BRAND MINDS does not issue physical tickets — all tickets are digital and managed through your online account.

Log into your Brand Minds account (the one you used to purchase the ticket):

→ Click “Login” (top-right corner)
Go to “My Tickets” or “My Account”
→ You will find all purchased tickets linked to your account
→ Re-download the QR code or confirmation email at any time
If you cannot access your account (e.g., forgot password or email):
→ Use the “Forgot Password” function to reset your credentials

On event day:
If for any reason you’re unable to retrieve the ticket digitally, go to the Help Desk at the venue with a valid ID matching the name on the ticket. Our team will look you up in the system and assist you with entry.

Do not share screenshots or email copies of your ticket with others — access is restricted to the person whose name is on the ticket (enforced at check-in).
Lost tickets will not be reissued via email unless you are the verified buyer or listed participant.
No ticket? No entry. So reclaiming your digital access is essential before event day.
You can leave your luggage, backpack and coat to the venue’s coat check point at Romexpo, Central Pavilion.
If you choose to take your luggage with you, please be mindful that you are responsible for its security.

Yes, food and beverages are provided to participants at the venue courtesy of the event’s partners during the following breaks:
Day 1 lunch break: 12
Day 1 coffee break: 3:15

Lunch break is on Day 1 between 12 and 1:30 where lunch is served to all participants by Fratelli Catering, the event’s Hospitality Partner.

Yes, you can upgrade your ticket to benefit from the First Class ticket unique perks & advantages.
Log into your BRAND MINDS account — same one used to purchase your original ticket.
Go to your Tickets or My Account section.
Look for the option labelled “Upgrade Ticket”. You will only see this option if you’re already a ticket holder.
Select First Class upgrade and complete the payment.
Once confirmed, your ticket will be upgraded and you’ll receive the benefits associated with First Class:
Dedicated venue entrance
Access to First Class lounge, premium seating
First Class chef lunch
VIP reception and photo ops with speakers
Speaker after‑party access
Upgrades are only available to existing ticket holders — you must already have purchased a Day 1 & 2 ticket.
