The developer is broadening its residential offerings, catering to medium, medium-high, and high-end segments. One United Properties aims to build strong communities around its developments, integrating various facilities and services on the premises, such as coffee shops, playgrounds, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, gyms, pools, and even educational facilities. 

Workplaces have never looked more stylish and flexible. One Office Division is dedicated to developing class-A office buildings challenging the traditional concepts of workspace: One Tower, One Victoriei Plaza or One Cotroceni Park are such examples on the map of Bucharest.

The company’s sustainable commercial portfolio (office + retail) is currently approximately 160,000 sqm GLA. The company also signed a record transaction of 57 million euros with Infineon Technologies under which OneUnited Properties will develop a sustainable turnkey office building, One Technology District, for the German tech giant.

Investment in the restoration of historical buildings is also part of One United Properties’ long-term strategy of improving Bucharest, which started in 2021 with the acquisition of Casa Braikoff (One Athénée) and continued with the first Ford Factory in Eastern Europe (One Gallery). The gross development value of the restoration portfolio currently under development by One United Properties is estimated at 239 million euros.

In 2023 One United Properties expanded its commercial portfolio by entering the hospitality market, announcing the opening of the first Mondrian hotel in Romania near the Romanian Athenaeum.
