You are invited to CHECK-IN at the event
Check-in is now open, please follow the below steps:
STEP 1: Log in to your BRAND MINDS Account at https://my.brandminds.com/account/login. You can do that by clicking the LOGIN TO CHECK IN button on the top menu of the BRAND MINDS website.
STEP 2: In your BRAND MINDS Account, go to the TICKETS section on the left side menu.
STEP 3: Choose the ticket you want to check in and then click on the ASSIGN THIS TICKET button.
STEP 4: You will find 3 options available for each ticket:
- Option 1: E-mail check-in link – if the ticket was purchased for a person other than yourself, use this option to send the ticket by email to this person, who will attend the event.
- Option 2: Copy check-in link – if the ticket was purchased for a person other than yourself, use this option to send the check-in link through a side communication channel (such as Email Body or WhatsApp for example) to this person, who will attend the event.
- Option 3: Check-in myself – if the ticket was purchased for yourself, use this option to check in at the event for yourself.
STEP 5: Check your data and update it if necessary. Click on the CONFIRM ATTENDANCE button to finish the Check-in process and receive the event ticket in the email and in the MY TICKETS section on your account.
What is the difference between CHECK-IN and REGISTRATION?
CHECK-IN implies the assignation of the tickets and you can do it in your BRAND MINDS account.
REGISTRATION is based on check-in and involves receiving your event access bracelet and badge.
You can pick up your event access badge and bracelet 2 days before the event day or on the morning of the event.
REGISTRATION BEFORE THE EVENT DAY
Skip the cue on the event day by picking up your badge & bracelet in advance at these locations:
MAY 31st: Between 12 PM – 10 PM

JUNE 1st: Between 12 PM – 10 PM

It is mandatory to present the QR code received after checking in and a valid photo ID at the registration booth.

How to leverage the BRAND MINDS Networking App
- Set up your account: name, job role, industry, company name, interest, country, interested/not interested in networking, profile photo.
- Search professionals to connect with by industry, company name, job role or interests.
- Once you have found the right professional, and they are open to networking, you have 2 options: CHAT (where you can talk to them by in-app message) or SUGGEST MEETING (where you can choose a Meeting Slot in Your schedule and suggest it to them).
- You will receive the meeting confirmation by email also.
- If the person accepts your meeting suggestion, you will see it in Your schedule. Good luck!
