One United Properties takes real estate development beyond buildings, creating authentic communities, vibrant urban ecosystems and developments that increase the value of neighbourhoods and the city as a whole.
Romania’s leading real estate investor and developer of state-of-the-art sustainable residential, office and mixed-use projects, redefines urban development through a people-centred vision and quality of life. Integrating living, working and recreational spaces alongside concrete initiatives dedicated to education, culture, health and urban sustainability, its developments are modern hubs that foster new communities.
”In an ever-changing city, simply delivering apartments or office spaces is no longer enough. One United Properties has taken on a more complex role: that of creating authentic communities, living urban ecosystems that improve not only the lives of its residents, but also the neighbourhoods they are part of”, says Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties.
Developments built for people, designed for the city

Each One United Properties development is designed as an urban micro-ecosystem: schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, green spaces, restaurants, cafes, clinics, gyms and bike sharing stations already operational in developments such as One Verdi Park, One Herăstrău Towers and One Floreasca City.
Furthermore, by 2030 all the company’s developments will be interconnected by a bike sharing network of their own.
One United Properties looks beyond the boundaries of its own buildings, investing in the development of the wider community. The “Neighbourhood with Character” project run in the Tei-Plumbuita area and developed together with UrbanizeHub involved over 500 residents and local leaders in the consultation for the implementation of the urban regeneration process, bringing to life inclusive public spaces and sustainable mobility solutions that benefit all residents in the area.
Life in a One United Properties development doesn’t stop at the comforts of home. ONE Community is constantly organising events that bring people together: Christmas workshops, Halloween workshops, seasonal fairs or festivals to celebrate various holidays. Healthy lifestyle initiatives such as the half-marathons organised in collaboration with 321sport or the One Shaping Life program complement this vision.
In addition, sustainability campaigns, such as the elimination of single-use plastic in office buildings, show the company’s real commitment to a healthier urban environment.
Art and the city – a natural connection
The Shape the City with Art project is supporting young artists, while reimagining urban spaces as platforms for creative expression. The initiative has brought art closer to the community, transforming public areas into living urban galleries accessible to all.

In One Floreasca City, around the awaited new retail hub One Gallery, which will bring the former Ford factory back to life, and in One Cotroceni Park, the selected works – assessed by a specialised jury and voted by the community – now give new energy to these places, directly connecting architecture, culture and residents.
Through this initiative organised in partnership with Galateca, One United Properties supports a new generation of creators, involves the public in the artistic process and redefines the way the city is perceived and experienced, demonstrating that urban developments can integrate culture into everyday life.
Behind these initiatives and projects is a clear vision: the city is not just a backdrop, but a living organism.
”One United Properties has so far invested more than 11 million euros in education, health, arts, sports and urban regeneration, through public-private-community partnerships with organisations such as UrbanizeHub, Habitat for Humanity or Galateca”, says Beatrice Dumitrașcu.
Programs such as Shape the City through Sport, which supports the running community in Bucharest, or Shape the City for Everybody, where the company supports the social integration of vulnerable children through infrastructure rehabilitation, are just a few examples of this deep involvement.
